Package: initramfs-tools
Version: 0.36
Severity: serious

Just to have it in the BTS:

dm-mod.ko is no longer in the initramfs, and thus /sbin/evms_activate
fails. A simple "manual_add_module dm_mod" in the hooks/evms fragment
fixes it (I've tested).
