Bug#348991: What needs to be done to kernel to collect disk I/O statistics?

Marcos Fouces-2
Hello

I can confirm that the problem persists with the kernel i use(Linux
4.19.0-4-amd64). I am inclined to close this bug because it has nothing
to do with acct but with the kernel.

Greetings,

Marcos
