Hi,

Lucas Nussbaum has rebuiltthe whole archive three times on i386 and the
content of your packages builded there differ. This means that the package
which was generated on the fist build contains or doesn't contains several files
which are or aren't included in the package which build two or three times.

See the report and the url for details:

The full build-log can be found at: http://people.debian.org/~lucas/logs/2007/doublebuild-09-05/failed-debdiff

About the archive rebuild: The rebuild was done on about 50 AMD64 nodes
of the Grid'5000 platform, using a clean chroot containing a sid i386
environment.  Internet was not accessible from the build systems. All
packages have been rebuilt twice in a row, with unpack, build, clean,
build.

Please read the mail of Martin Zobel-Helas on debian-devel [0], for a explanation
for this mass bug filling.

Greetings
Patrick Winnertz

Description:
octave2.1  - GNU Octave language for numerical computations (2.1 branch)
octave2.1-doc - PDF documentation on the GNU Octave language (2.1 branch)
octave2.1-emacsen - Emacs support for the GNU Octave language (2.1 branch)
octave2.1-headers - header files for the GNU Octave language (2.1 branch)
octave2.1-htmldoc - HTML documentation on the GNU Octave language (2.1 branch)
octave2.1-info - GNU Info documentation on the GNU Octave language (2.1 branch)
Closes: 417486 435205 441721 463301 464334
Changes:
 octave2.1 (1:2.1.73-17) unstable; urgency=low
 .
   * Synched with octave3.0; in particular, switch from g77 to gfortran;
also, don't depend on a specific g++ version (closes: #463301)
   * debian/control: Build-depend on dejagnu (for make check)
   * Moved debian/copyright into debian/in/copyright and generated the
former using the slice command.  This is necessary because Octave 2.1
and 3.0 are released under different versions of the GPL.  Changed
     debian/rules accordingly.
   * debian/in/copyright: Added the mention that Octave 2.1 is released under
version 2 or later of the GPL (closes: #435205)
   * Added dpatches :
+ 50_compile-with-g++-4.3: Fixes for compiling the
octave2.1 with the GCC 4.3 suite (closes: #417486)
+ 50_build-octave-faq: Correctly builds the PS forms of the Octave-FAQ
       documentation
   * debian/in/PACKAGE-htmldoc.doc-base.faq: Give correct name of HTML
     index file
   * debian/rules: Remove the *.html at clean target, such that the package
have the same contents when built twice in a row (closes: #441721)
   * debian/in/PACKAGE.postinst: Drop option -L given to the ls command
when building the ls-R database, such that simultaneous installation
of octave2.1 and octave3.0 will not fail (closes: #464334)
