Bug#447548: missing description

Sam Morgan
Running Sidux (debian sid based distro)
when I try to start fldgi I get the following error:

$ fldigi
fldigi: error while loading shared libraries: libportaudiocpp.so.0: cannot open
shared object file: No such file or directory

$ locate libportau
/usr/lib/libportaudio.so.2
/usr/lib/libportaudio.so.2.0.0
/usr/share/doc/libportaudio2
/usr/share/doc/libportaudio2/changelog.Debian.gz
/usr/share/doc/libportaudio2/copyright
/var/lib/dpkg/info/libportaudio2.list
/var/lib/dpkg/info/libportaudio2.md5sums
/var/lib/dpkg/info/libportaudio2.postinst
/var/lib/dpkg/info/libportaudio2.postrm
/var/lib/dpkg/info/libportaudio2.shlibs

$ dpkg -l | grep fldigi
ii  fldigi                                      2.0-1
digital modem program for hamradio operators

a helper on linuxhamradio explained it this way:

"This is a bug in the Debian package, then. It should also depend on
libportaudiocpp0.

Portaudio 19 is packaged a little unconventionally. The C and C++ headers
are both in portaudio19-dev, but the libs are in two different packages:
libportaudio2 and libportaudiocpp0. You are missing the latter."

I looked and port19-dev is not installed.

I did
$ apt-get install libportaudio0
and now fldigi starts ok
