Hm. Not sure.
R Core itself doesn;t push Rscript all that hard. In any event, we have
'littler' and r-cran-littler and littler -- it is "better" (but not available
on Windows) so maybe just use that?

in Debian, the best way to find a packaged file is to use the "apt-file"
tool (from the package of the same name).
