Bug#929693: runit: invoke-run should handle installed-not-purged case

Dmitry Bogatov-3

Package: runit
Version: 2.1.2-29
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

currently, "invoke-run" script assumes, that service to be started is
present. Period. Actually, since /etc/sv/<foo>/run script is conffile,
so it to be there, while daemon binary is removed.

I init.d scripts is is handled by something like

        test -x ${DAEMON} || exit 0
