Bug#930203: jitterentropy-rngd FTCBFS: strips with the wrong strip

jitterentropy-rngd fails to cross build from source, because it strips
with the wrong strip during make install. Beyond breaking cross
compilation, doing so breaks DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS=nostrip as well as
generation of -dbgsym packages. The attached patch defers all stripping
to dh_strip.  Please consider applying it.

Hello Helmut,

Thank you for the report and the patch!

I noticed upstream has removed the -s from the install command, so I've
backported that commit, and only applied the half of your patch that
overrides STRIP, and I've just uploaded to sid. Please let me know if
you find any further issue.
