Bug#930589: backintime: New upstream version 1.2.0

Vlad Orlov
Hi,

Just in case it will ever be updated to 1.2.0... people should know that 1.2.0 ignores any backups made with 1.1.x,
so the first backup made with 1.2.0 will be FULL one. Not a nice surprise, especially if your backup drive doesn't
have enough space to hold one more full backup.
