Is it possible to add a software into Debian project?

Hi and apologies if I take your time.

Is it possible to add to the main debian repository these two utilities?

 

It is an utility to keep aligned a folder with an usb pen drive or to make machine backup.

Similar to WIndows Hyper Terminal. It can put in bridge some com ports. It is very cool for reverse protocol enginiering.

This would require that someone work on creating packages and getting
them into Debian. Folks who aren't yet Debian members can have their
work sponsored by an existing member. There is an introduction to
getting involved in packaging on this site:
