Python 3 as default

Glenn Holmer-3
Is it safe to set Python 3 as the default in Buster, or are there system programs that still need to run under Python 2?

Setting python3 as the default python interpreter is not supported in
Buster. Doing so will break your system.

Besides: /usr/bin/python is defined as being python2.x, the interpreter
for Python3 is always /usr/bin/python3.
