libgtop2 ABI change

Josselin Mouette
For GNOME 2.14, libgtop2 is undergoing an ABI change: libgtop2-5 becomes
libgtop2-7.

There are 13 reverse-dependencies, most of which could be rebuilt with a
set of binNMUs.

Is the release team OK with the upload of this new version?

Yes, this looks fine.

I assume that gnome-python-extras will be fixed up to use the new dh_python
support as soon as it's available, and as a result will not be blocking the
python transition. >:)
